If a driver is involved in an accident that results in damage to another vehicle which is being driving by another driver, the person must immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the accident.

(Formerly known as Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property)
When a driver of a vehicle is involved in an accident with another vehicle or property where no one is present, the driver must immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the accident and either locate or notify the owner of the damaged property or vehicle of his name, address and insurance and registration information. This crime is graded as a Summary offense.
