INDECENT EXPOSURE

Indecent Exposure is when a person exposes his or her genitals in any public place or place where there are other people present. This crime is graded as a Misdemeanor 2 unless the person knows there are minors less than 16 years old present, then it is graded as a Misdemeanor 1.

OPEN LEWDNESS

Open Lewdness is a Misdemeanor 3 and is when a person does any lewd act that he/she knows it is likely to be observed by others who would be alarmed by the act.

CORRUPTION OF MINORS

Corruption of Minors is when a person 18 years of age or older does any act that corrupts the morals of any minor less than 18 years of age.
