STATUTORY SEXUAL ASSAULT

When a person engages in sexual intercourse with another person under the age of 16 and that person is four (4) or more years older and they are not married to each other. Example, a twenty (20) year old individual has sex with a fifteen (15) year old even though the act is consensual.

INVOLUNTARY DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE

When a person engages in deviate sexual intercourse with a person by: 1) Forcible compulsion; 2) By threat of forcible compulsion; 3) With a person who is unconscious or where the person knows that the other is unaware that sexual intercourse is occurring; 4) Where the person has drugged the other person without that person's knowledge; 5) Where the victim suffers from a mental disability which prevents that person from consenting.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

When a person engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with another without that person's consent.
