Receiving Stolen Property

When a person intentionally receives, retains, or disposes of moveable property of another knowing that it has been stolen or believing that it has probably been stolen.   Even though the person may not have been responsible for the action Theft of the property, a person is guilty of Receiving Stolen Property if he possesses the property knowing that the property is stolen or probably was stolen.  The grading of Receiving Stolen Property is identical to that of Theft.
