Robbery

A person is guilty of Robbery if in the course of committing a theft he or she: 1) inflicts serious bodily injury upon another; 2) threaten another with or intentionally puts that person in fear of immediate serious bodily injury; 3) commits or threatens immediately to commit any Felony of the First or Second Degree; 4) inflicts bodily injury upon another, threatens another with, or intentionally puts another in fear of immediate bodily injury or physically takes or removes property from the person of another by force however slight.

The charge of Robbery is always graded as a Felony but the sentence will vary upon the action taken by the person committing the crime.
